This course is designed for individuals who would like to gain knowledge and skills to effectively use social media to market the business.  The course will teach the basics of content creation and management for social media.  It will introduce popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn among others and will give you tools to determine which platforms are the best fit for your company.  The emphasis of this course is on understanding consumers’ social interactions, the various social media channels available to marketers and how to build social marketing strategies.
